At Cut + Grind you see exactly what goes in to your burger and taste the difference in each bite. Ketchup made in house, pickles prepared every week and of course prime beef cuts blended and ground in-house.
It all adds up to give the best possible burger.
We have broken down burger science into 5 steps. Each step is critical and we have argued about every one until we got them right. In fact we are still perfecting things each day and love to see if we can make great tasting burgers even better.
As our name might suggest where we are really different to anyone else is that we select, cut and grind our burgers in house every day. In-fact most days we grind beef 3 or 4 times to keep our burgers as fresh and tasty as possible. There are lots of reasons why this is the best way to make a great burger patty and for now as far as we know we are the only ones doing this.
